Responsibilities:

• Champion mentoring, coaching, co-development, and team development initiatives.

• Command data analytics to optimize our Learning, Development, and Talent Management activities.

• Elevate engagement by managing attendance and boosting enrollments.

• Captivate audiences with visually stunning presentations and marketing materials.

• Support our virtual and in-person training programs with unwavering enthusiasm and expertise.

Requirements/Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, fueled by a passion for Learning and Development.

• Navigate through vast datasets and transform them into actionable insights.

• Unleash your creativity with a background in internal marketing and communication.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

• Command the Google Suite with finesse, and bonus points for experience with Learning Management Systems.

Pay Details: 38.00 per hour
