Responsibilities:- Managing vendor relationships and schedules
- Maintaining content on learning platform
- Supporting team data and reporting needs
- Serve as 1HR Calendar Captain for Talent Development Team support:
- Coordinating global meetings and visits from senior leaders, ensuring that logistics are adequately managed to ensure that all events run smoothly
- Supporting events and projects on an ad hoc basis (e.g., early careers, promote programs, etc.)
- Managing vendor billing and other expense-related items
Skills: - A minimum of 2 years of related professional or administrative experience
- The ability to maintain focus, complete tasks in a timely manner, set realistic timeframes for completion and provide updates as timelines change
- Interact autonomously with internal partners, independently follow through on requests and actions
- A strong sense of urgency about getting work done
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; comfortable navigating technology
- A flexible attitude and an ability to adjust or reprioritize and assume additional responsibilities as required
- Build positive rapport with different management styles
- Knowing and engaging with the right individuals/teams to solve problems in a timely manner
