Job Summary: The Learning Lab Teacher serves as a teacher responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Learning Lab program. This role extends Tier 1 instruction through data-driven intervention and enrichment systems, ensuring all scholars receive targeted support aligned to their academic needs.
The Learning Lab Teacher engages in data analysis cycles, collaborates with instructional staff, and ensures alignment between classroom instruction and Learning Lab programming. This role plays a key part in advancing MTSS systems and accelerating student achievement across the school.
Through a collaborative instructional model, the Learning Lab Teacher partners with classroom teachers and education specialists to provide targeted instruction that complements and extends Tier 1 learning. Similar to the co-teaching and small-group instructional rotations that occur within the classroom, the Learning Lab Teacher uses assessment data to design and facilitate strategically grouped instruction through a blended learning model that includes teacher-led small groups, digital learning, and targeted practice. Under the direction of the Principal, the Learning Lab Teacher works alongside instructional teams to reinforce grade-level standards, address individual student needs, and ensure a cohesive instructional experience that accelerates student learning.

Work is typically performed in an office environment and may involve school noise.
