Learning Management System Administrator and Leader

Key Role:
Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and other cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience administering and managing an LMS platform

Experience with LMS administration tools and e-learning authoring tools, such as Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Rise and Storyline

Experience working with clients in both live and remote environments

Knowledge of formal programs of

instruction

Knowledge of learning and development principles and

methodologies

Ability to apply project management expertise to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

simultaneously

Ability to design and develop learning programs across delivery mediums and content types, such as mobile learning, e-learning, video, gamification, virtual learning, simulation, and live classroom

Ability to be an excellent team

player

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Instruction Design

Additional Qualifications:
3+ years of experience administering and managing an LMS platform in a corporate or military schoolhouse setting preferred

1+ years of experience working within a military formal schools environment as an instructor or curriculum designer

Knowledge of the U.S. Marine

Corps

Knowledge of effective gamification

techniques

Ability to lead small

teams

Possession of strong oral and written communications skills

Learning technologies certifications, such as CPLP or

CPTM

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
