Introduction 

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Slip Leasing Agent to join our team! The successful applicant will have strong customer service and excellent organizational skills and will be responsible for the leasing of slips and vessels at the marina. You will be the face of the marina, interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring that their experience is a positive one. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the slip leases, as well as any other related duties. Job Duties include:

• Negotiate and administer lease agreements for customers seeking to lease slips in the marina  

• Conduct regular inspections of boat slips to ensure they are in good condition  

• Collect slip rental payments  

• Monitor and enforce marina rules and regulations  

• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional strategies to increase slip rental business  

• Provide customer service and support to slip rental customers  

• Assist with the coordination of marina events and activities  

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all slip rental activities  

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Slip Leasing department  

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

 • Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure 

• Ability to work independently 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all paperwork 

• Ability to negotiate and secure the best terms for the customer 

• Familiarity with the different types of slips and the regulations associated with them
