Lease Wave SME lead - Immediate Start

Overview: Join the team as a LeaseWave Upgrade Specialist to lead the transition from LeaseWave version 4 to version 5 for our client's equipment finance and structured real estate portfolios. As a pivotal member, you'll facilitate communication between the client and Odessa, ensuring a smooth upgrade process and enhanced functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Define upgrade efforts and evaluate implementation options in collaboration with client stakeholders and Odessa.
• Lead design discussions, oversee implementation artifacts, and actively participate in deployment exercises for the upgraded version.
• Manage the migration of all existing lease contracts to the new version, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and prepare comprehensive training documents for operations teams and line of business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years specializing in leasing business IT solutions.
• Proficiency with LeaseWave/Odessa platform and proven experience with LeaseWave upgrade/data migration.
• Strong understanding of internet-based platform implementation and security requirements, including firewall configurations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and align with product managers and business teams.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, business analysis tools such as HP ALM and MS Visio, and requirement elicitation techniques.
• Ability to operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
