Where: Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA 

Hybrid role: 2 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Review and process move outs and security deposit refunds


• Processing resident corrections


• Reconcile general ledger accounts


• Communicate with onsite property teams

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficient in Excel


• Detail Oriented


• Organized


• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Yardi experience a plus


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
