Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create positive experiences with prospective residents and help them find their dream apartment!
• Partner with the company and your co-workers to ensure our residents time spent living at our community is an enjoyable experience. 
• Assist in marketing efforts, and social media management.
• Ensure we make our resident's move-in day as easy as possible!  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Prior apartment leasing and customer service experience.  
• Yardi experience is preferred.
• Positive learning attitude! We will train you in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
