Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct property tours and effectively sell the benefits of the community.
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins using Yardi.
• Maintain accurate resident records, leasing data, and reports within Yardi.
• Follow up with prospects and leads promptly via phone, email, and Yardi CRM tools.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and resident retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure readiness of units.
• Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, leasing documents, and property management software.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be available to work Saturdays and some evenings.
