Job Summary: Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and perform all related management functions, including, but not limited to, coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approve move-in files, promote lease renewals, resident relations, team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor

Reports To: Community Manager/Regional Property Supervisor

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-exempt

Requirements to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:

· Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

· Entering Guest Cards, applicant data entry & processing move ins.

· Show vacant units.

· Complete New Lease File for compliance & Sec 8 approval (document collection)

· Working with PATH 3rd party lease contracted units

· Supporting with other property management tasks (reports, annual inspections, recerts, etc.)

· Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices

· Customer service orientation

· Marketing vacancies/ post online with Supervisor approval

· Confirm rental application data and personal references.

· Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc.)

· Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals with Supervisor approval.

· Updating Lease renewal contracts

· Other duties as assigned.
