Job Description - Leasing Agent

Rental Agent/Receptionist for a suburban apartment complex. Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities include answering telephones, customer service, data entry and showing apartments. Warm personality, positive attitude, organizational skills and strong computer skills required. Prior office experience beneficial. Health insurance and retirement plan available.

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour

About Our Property

Clintwood Apartments offers studios with a separate dressing area and generous closet space. Along with several unique 1 & 2 bedroom apartment styles such as large open eat-in kitchens – some with breakfast bars, spacious master bedrooms with ample closet space and roomy living rooms. All with large windows that provide natural light overlooking well-designed landscaping, creating an open airy feeling.
