What You’ll Do

Create Connection
Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs.

Lead Memorable Tours
Showcase HUB13’s studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom layouts, highlighting sleek finishes like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smart home features, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies.

Stay in the Know
Monitor Oak Creek rental trends and local competitors to position HUB13 as a premier living destination.

Support the Team
Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident Experience
Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.
