Leasing Agent for Apartments

Smartland is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to manage all aspects of the apartment leasing process. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents while meeting monthly performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries.


• Schedule and conduct property showings.


• Collect and process rental applications.


• Coordinate lease signings and move-in inspections.


• Negotiate and process lease renewals.


• Maintain accurate records and meet or exceed monthly leasing targets.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Focus, determination, and a results-driven mindset.


• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
