Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure all leasing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Greet prospective residents and provide them with information about available units and leasing terms
Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about the property and available units
Process lease applications and assist applicants through the leasing process
Coordinate move-in dates and conduct new resident orientations
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including lease agreements and resident information
Assist with marketing efforts to attract prospective residents, including creating and posting rental listings

Requirements:

Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor''s degree preferred
