Exciting Compensation Package:

• Hourly Rate: $21–$22/hour
• Commission: A generous $100–$250 per lease as you close deals
• $500 monthly car allowance + $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement

Your Role Will Include:

• Transforming warm leads into happy lease signers through your infectious enthusiasm
• Conducting engaging, energetic property tours that showcase our beautiful listings
• Managing follow-ups like a pro to maximize your leasing performance
• Staying on top of leasing metrics and optimizing your approach
• Being an expert at showcasing our premium units and upgrades
• Joining in on efforts to retain our wonderful residents
• Keeping tabs on the competitive landscape and bringing insights back to the team
• Keeping our online listings fresh and exciting
• Representing F&F Properties with professionalism and contagious positivity
• Hosting open houses and fun leasing events to attract potential residents
• Being a valuable voice in our team—your suggestions can help us improve!

Who You Are:

• A passionate communicator with an outgoing personality
• Driven and results-focused, with a knack for closing deals
• Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in digital tools (experience with AppFolio is a plus!)
• Available to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are a must!)
• Ready to hit the road with a valid driver’s license
