Leasing Agent (Northern PA)

Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! This agent will be responsible for leasing apartments at 6 properties in Northern PA (Pittsburgh/Bellevue/Moon Township areas). Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, leasing agents play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next home.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents


• Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards


• Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants


• Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings


• Process rental applications quickly and accurately


• Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process


• Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented


• Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy


• Monitor listing postings and advertisements


• Assist property manager with tenant care and retention


• Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile

Knowledge & Experience

• General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing (required)


• 1+ year of leasing experience (required)


• Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)


• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience


• High school diploma

Other Requirements

• Travel within a specified region


• Insured vehicle and valid driver's license


• Able to use a computer for a full workday
