Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of previous industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel are essential)
• Strong internet and email skills
• Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus
• High School Diploma
• Customer-focused with great attention to detail

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General office work to ensure smooth operations
• Rent collection and managing delinquent accounts
• Delivering outstanding customer service to tenants and prospective renters
• Scheduling showings for potential residents
• Efficiently managing records
• Creating and posting engaging rental ads
• Preparing necessary court documentation

Base Pay: $19/hr
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 9:30am-6pm (occasional Saturdays)

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
