Position Overview
Title: Leasing and Marketing Specialist
Location: North St. Louis Region (office based out of Kettering)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to $57,000 annually
Status: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
The Leasing and Marketing Specialist plays an integral role in supporting our regional leasing efforts while driving results through market analysis and strategic planning. Responsibilities include:
Conducting market surveys and comp reports, with rental rate recommendations based on current trends
Assisting with leasing team training and performance monitoring
Reporting leasing metrics to Regional Property Managers
Supporting property-level leasing and marketing initiatives
Collaborating with on-site teams to drive occupancy and resident engagement
Compensation & Benefits

Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (investment property marketing preferred)
Proficiency with digital platforms including Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel within the region
Must successfully pass a credit evaluation, background check, and drug screening
