A premier Class A luxury apartment community is seeking a polished, resident -focused Leasing Associate to join the team immediately. This is a high -visibility role within a supportive leadership team focused on delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional tours and engage prospective residents
  
• Assist with applications, approvals, and move -ins
  
• Maintain accurate knowledge of pricing, availability, and amenities
  
• Provide excellent customer service and resident support
  
• Assist with renewals and leasing initiatives
  

Requirements

• Apartment leasing experience (Class A / luxury preferred)
  
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  
• Stable work history
