Job Description:

As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Welcome prospective residents with a warm smile, guiding them on a tour of our opulent property and showcasing our extraordinary amenities.
  
• Assist with leasing inquiries, provide detailed information on availability, pricing, and terms, and support the leasing process from start to finish.
  
• Ensure smooth operations by managing rental applications, conducting background and credit checks, and preparing detailed lease agreements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities including inquiries, appointments, and renewals to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Build and nurture relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  
• Collaborate with the property management team to implement innovative leasing strategies that achieve and surpass occupancy goals.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in multi-family leasing, preferably in luxury environments.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—charm and professionalism are key.
  
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software preferred.
