Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Leasing Consultant to join our team at Portofino Apartments. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential residents, conducting property tours, and assisting with the leasing process. Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with potential residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities of our apartments
  • Assist with the leasing process, including screening applicants, preparing leases, and conducting move-in orientations
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing leasing office and model apartment
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
  • Work collaboratively with the property management team to meet leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Utilize marketing and outreach strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or property management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Reliable transportation, this position requires travel to conduct site visits at assigned communities
  • A basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management and Fair Housing Regulations
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong technical skills - MS Word and Excel, experience with Yardi is a plus!
