A well -maintained Class B apartment community in Hialeah, FL is seeking a professional, resident -focused Leasing Consultant to join its onsite team.

This role is ideal for a dependable leasing professional who values customer service, clear communication, and consistency. Leadership is looking for someone polished, organized, and committed to delivering a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
  
• Conduct community and apartment tours
  
• Guide applicants through the leasing, approval, and move -in process
  
• Maintain accurate knowledge of availability, pricing, and unit features
  
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
  
• Assist with renewals and resident retention efforts
  
• Support daily leasing and administrative activities
  

Requirements

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following to be considered:

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  
• Prior multifamily leasing experience (Class B or similar preferred)
  
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month
