Harmoniq Residential is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support a fast-paced lease up at a vibrant residential community in West Allis. This modern community is designed with thoughtful architecture, strong pedestrian connectivity, and an elevated resident experience. About the Community 

This community offers a wide range of indoor amenities including a clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sports lounge with a golf simulator, and a rooftop deck. Expansive windows and overhead doors create a seamless connection between interior spaces and the outdoors, opening to views of and access to the pool and courtyard plaza. What You'll Do: 

• Showcase the community's layouts, highlighting modern indoor and outdoor amenities  
• Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position the community as a premier living destinations
• Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community
• Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike
• Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment
• Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs

• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Experience in leasing (preferred), hospitality, customer service, or sales 
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally 
• Experience with social media platforms 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy with modern leasing systems
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
