Your day as a Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you can anticipate a diverse range of tasks daily. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, responding to inquiries via phone or email, processing lease applications, assisting with lease renewals, collections, and policy and procedures compliance. Be prepared to maintain organized leasing files and stay up-to-date on property availability.
