Pay - $19.00 per hour

We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you love helping people find their next home and thrive in a fast -paced, customer -focused environment, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Show apartments and close leases
  
• Handle applications and move -ins
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service
  
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing
  
• Create flyers and assist with marketing campaigns.
  

What You Bring:

• Leasing or property management experience REQUIRED.
  
• Strong communication & organization skills
  
• Positive, team -player attitude
