WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet and tour prospective residents, showing off the community and its available units


• Follow up on leads promptly and convert tours into signed leases


• Process applications, screen candidates, and prepare lease paperwork


• Help plan and run resident events to keep the community feeling like home


• Support lease renewals and work to keep residents happy and staying


• Keep model units and the leasing office looking sharp


• Track leasing traffic, conversions, and marketing source data


• Answer resident questions and route maintenance requests as needed


• Stay current on fair housing rules and community policies

WHAT IT TAKES

• 1-3+ years of leasing or customer-facing sales experience, apartment leasing preferred


• A genuine people person who's comfortable prospecting and closing


• Organized — able to juggle tours, paperwork, and follow-up without dropping the ball


• Comfortable with property management/leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar)


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Willing to work some weekends, since that's when most tours happen


• Reliable transportation


• A positive, can-do attitude that comes through on a tour
