Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $19.50 per hour, plus benefits
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
• Winter Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong analytical aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospective residents
• Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) 9am-6pm (summer)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
