We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Leasing Consultant who can close the sale while also fostering a welcoming, supportive environment for our residents. If you're organized, outgoing, and thrive in a fast-paced leasing office, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do:

Leasing & Sales:

• 
  

  Greet, tour, and build relationships with prospective residents

  
  


• 
  

  Present apartment homes and community features - close the sale!

  
  


• 
  

  Manage online leads, follow up consistently, and meet monthly leasing goals

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with marketing efforts and outreach events

  
  

Resident Relations:

• 
  

  Provide friendly, timely support to current residents

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with move-ins and renewals

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns with professionalism

  
  


• 
  

  Support community-wide resident engagement events and communications

  
  

You're a Great Fit If You:

  Have strong people skills and a sales-driven mindset

  Are upbeat, organized, and comfortable multitasking

  
  


• 
  

  Have 1+ years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)

  Communicate clearly and professionally - in person, on the phone, and in writing

  Can work weekends as needed

  
  


• Bilingual (English + Spanish) Preferred
