Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Job Description:

The Leasing Agent plays a vital role in the rental process for our properties. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively market and lease available units while delivering outstanding service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations:
  Greet and assist prospective tenants, offering a professional first impression.
  


• Property Tours:
  Lead tours highlighting available units, amenities, and community features.


• Tenant Screening:
  Guide applicants through the process and conduct background and credit checks per policy.


• Lease Negotiation:
  Assist with lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand terms and fees.


• Marketing and Promotion:
  Work with marketing to advertise units via online platforms and maintain updated property information.


• Documentation and Reporting:
  Keep accurate records of leases and submit required reports
  


• Customer Service:
  Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  

Requirements:

•  2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.


• Experience with property management software is preferred but not required.


• Bilingual (Preferred)
