What You'll Do:

* Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close the sale!
* Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into happy tenants
* Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine
* Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
* Collaborate on creative marketing & social media initiatives to drive traffic
* Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations

What We're Looking For:

* A go-getter with a passion for sales and customer service
* 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred)

* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office & social media platforms
* Available to work Monday - Saturday
