Leasing Consultant Quincy MA

We are looking for a high energy experienced leasing consultant to join our team at a luxury apartment community in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to site visits or telephone inquiries, conduct site tours, effectively lease apartments.
• Showing of units and amenities.
• Maintain a call to show ratio of at least 65%.
• Conduct required credit and reference checks. Set up and maintain lease files.
• Process all lease related paperwork.
• Conduct periodic market surveys, as requested.
• Maintain legal records/files.
• Assist with resident relations to ensure a high renewal rate at the property.
• Prepare and process resident service requests.
• Assist with all office related activities by working closely with the Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
• Complete effectively other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent closing skills also must be friendly and have a positive attitude. Pleasant telephone manner and greeting of guests and residents.
• 1 to 3 years of apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Solid computer skills to manage an internal applicant database.
• Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time job position. Hours: 10:00AM to 6:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday.
