Job Description - Leasing Consultant-Customer-First High-Closing Sales

Customer‑Facing Sales Role with Commission Upside

High-volume consultative selling with immediate feedback

This is not a traditional leasing position. This is a sales role with inbound leads, systems, and clear expectations. If you’ve built your career in hospitality and event hosting, you already know how to deliver exceptional experiences, build rapport quickly, and anticipate customer needs. This sales role is designed for professionals like you who are ready to leverage those strengths in a structured, high-upside environment. This is not a leasing or entry-level position. It’s a true consultative sales role with a proven, award-winning platform that provides inbound opportunities and real earning potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients to establish trust and credibility
  • Assess situations effectively and proactively address client questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system
  • Coordinate and schedule personalized tours for prospective clients, delivering a seamless and professional experience

Qualification

 

  • Several years of experience in hospitality, event hosting, or other high‑touch client‑facing roles
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationship‑based client interactions
  • Track record of delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments
  • Ability to guide prospects through a decision‑making process using a consultative approach rather than a transactional pitch
  • Strong discovery skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Confident, professional verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated active listening and needs‑assessment abilities
  • Ongoing pay: Hourly base (minimum wage) + aggressive commissions
  • Expected earnings: ~$100K within first 14 months; $150+ top performers
  • Mileage rates paid
