Leasing Manager

Description

800 Tower Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Manager to help to market and lease apartments for our property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills/ Common Tasks:

• Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects
• Process applications for Tax Credit apartments
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours
• Collect deposit and/or fees associated with move-in
• Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in
• Assist with planning and hosting of resident events
• Assist residents with the move-out process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 plus year experience working in sales, leasing or property management required.
• Ability/ willingness to work Saturdays required.

Requirements: At least 1 year leasing experience, Realpage software knowledge preferred, must be able to work Saturdays

Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously

Customer service skills: Ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing complaints

Negotiation skills: Proficiency in negotiating lease terms and agreements 

Experience managing teams of leasing agents, maintenance staff, and cleaning crews

Previous experience in property management or leasing is required. 

Marketing and Social Media Knowledge.
