We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing team and help prospective residents find their perfect home.


What it means to be our Leasing Manager:
As the Leasing Manager, you will be the driving force behind leasing success at the community. You’ll lead by example, train and mentor leasing consultants, and ensure the highest level of customer service. Your focus will be on maximizing occupancy, building strong relationships with prospective and current residents, and executing leasing strategies to meet business goals.


Required Skills:
·   Minimum of 2+ years of recent leasing experience in the multifamily industry. 
·   Proven leadership or mentorship experience in a leasing/sales role. 
·   Strong knowledge of RealPage OneSite, Microsoft Office, and online leasing platforms. 
·   Ability to analyze occupancy trends and implement strategies to maximize leasing performance. 
·   Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 
·   Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
·   Understanding of rental calculations, commissions, and market trends. 
·   Self-starter with a professional and positive attitude.


A few things that your day-to-day will include: 
·   Training & Mentorship: Train, coach, and mentor leasing consultants to improve leasing performance and ensure consistent messaging and customer service. 
·   Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze leasing metrics (occupancy rates, traffic, conversion ratios) and provide regular performance reports to the Community Director. 
·   Lead Management: Oversee CRM and lead tracking systems, ensuring all prospects are followed up with promptly and effectively. 
·   Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create and execute digital and in-person marketing strategies, including social media engagement, property branding, and event planning. 
·   Resident Move-in Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive move-in process for new residents, including unit inspections, welcome packages, and ongoing follow-ups. 
·   Lease Audits & Compliance: Conduct periodic lease audits to ensure accuracy in lease documentation, resident files, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. 
·   Community Engagement: Develop relationships with local businesses, employers, and organizations to drive traffic and establish referral partnerships. 
·   Crisis & Conflict Resolution: Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently to minimize escalations and improve resident satisfaction. 
·   Renewal Strategy: Implement a proactive lease renewal strategy by identifying at-risk residents and engaging in retention efforts. 
·   Competitive Market Analysis: Regularly shop competitor properties and provide insights on pricing, specials, and market trends to optimize leasing strategies.



Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
