Leasing Manager

Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Manager for Paddock at Park Row apartment community in Arlington, TX. This is a LIHTC property with 350 units. This position will pay up to $49,920 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays 10am-4pm, with an alternating day off during the week. 
*Bilingual a plus.

What You Will Do

The Leasing Manager (Affordable Housing) is responsible for leasing performance, regulatory compliance, marketing strategy, and resident relations. This role drives occupancy through sales execution, ensures compliance with housing regulations, and manages leasing operations and performance metrics.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with LIHTC


• 2-5+ years experience in property management, leasing or affordable housing experience required


• Demonstrated sales performance with ability to meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals


• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable federal/state housing regulations


• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)


• Preferred experience reviewing compliance files and preparing for audits


• Supervisory or training experience preferred
