Schell Brothers' sister company, Ocean Atlantic (www.oacompanies.com) seeks an experienced leasing/property manager to help manage apartment complexes in Sussex County, DE. Requirements

Apartment leasing/management experience desired

Property management software and Fair Housing Training desired

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required

Applicant must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and personable

Some weekends may be required
