Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Leasing Manager to join our amazing team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, IN!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greets, assists, and leases apartments
• Tours the property and apartments with future residents
• Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
• Creates all lease documents
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist, Facebook and/or other outreach
• Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Work Schedule:
• This is a full time position Monday- Friday 9:00am -6:00pm and some Saturdays 10:00am -4:00pm
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in direct leasing of apartments. 
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

Compensation:

• $17- $19/HR  + Great Commission Structure (up to $75 per new lease secured)
