Are you a dynamic, experienced leasing professional looking to make an impact at a vibrant 150+ unit condo community? We're seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our on-site team at Regency Gardens in Orlando, FL. You'll play a key role in leasing performance, tenant relations, and operational excellence. Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in leasing and property management is required.

Base Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing operations — handle leads, tours, applications, lease prep, and renewals
• Proactively follow up with leads and convert prospects to residents
• Assist with marketing efforts and drive improvements in occupancy and retention
• Deliver high-quality, on-site customer service and respond to tenant concerns
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, turns, and maintenance work orders
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping in property management systems
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance teams
• Uphold Fair Housing compliance and other legal/regulatory housing standards
• Help maintain a positive, well-organized, and team-oriented office culture

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
• Experience working at properties with 100+ units
• 2+ years using property management systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite)
• Experience with lead management tools (e.g., RentCafe, Knock, Tenant Turner)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and housing operations regulations
• Organizational excellence and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with pet screening platforms (e.g., PetScreening.com)
