The Role: Leasing Sales Agent

Summary

As our Leasing Sales Agent you will play a critical role in helping us fill vacancies quickly and bring great residents into our communities.

This role is responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and converting prospects into signed leases. You’ll work directly with prospective tenants, showcase available properties, and guide them through the leasing process.

Your efforts directly impact our mission by bringing new residents into our communities and ensuring our properties remain vibrant and occupied.

This role is primarily remote with time spent in the field showing apartments, with the office based in Center City Allentown.

Most properties you will show are located in Allentown (approximately 95%), with occasional travel to nearby properties in the surrounding area.

Your proactive outreach to prospective tenants and commitment to providing an excellent leasing experience helps us build strong communities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Love to Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leasing inquiries
  • Contact prospective tenants via phone, text, and email
  • Pre-screen applicants for qualification
  • Schedule and conduct property tours
  • Sell the apartment and guide prospects through the application process
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until they apply or decline
  • Convert property showings into signed leases
  • Use AppFolio to manage guest cards, follow-ups, and applications
  • Document feedback from prospects and communicate updates to the Property Manager
  • Ensure units are show-ready and presentable for tours

This role requires driving to properties to conduct showings and maintaining strong communication with prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

  • You are bilingual, able to speak English and Spanish ( strongly preferred)

  • You are comfortable making high volumes of calls and follow-ups
  • You are competitive, persistent, and motivated by performance
  • You take pride in maintaining high presentation standards for properties
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You’re comfortable working evenings or weekends when needed

Compensation

This position offers base pay + commission.

Base Pay
$600 biweekly

Commission
$1,000 per rented apartment after the resident successfully moves in.

There are currently 40+ vacant units across the portfolio, creating immediate opportunity to generate strong commission earnings.

Leasing agents who stay responsive to leads and actively follow up with prospects can quickly build momentum and increase their monthly income.

Many agents aim to close multiple leases per month, which can translate into thousands of dollars in additional monthly earnings on top of base pay.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Primarily remote / hybrid role
  • Office based in Center City Allentown
  • Property tours primarily located in Allentown
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to manage showings based on prospect availability
  • Occasional evening or weekend showings
