We are a Houston-based property management company.


We have an immediate opening for a LEASING CONSULTANT for a 204-unit apartment community in Houston's Hobby District. * Competitive Salary PLUS **Commissions**


Our Leasing Consultants are the first impression for our community’s prospects, residents, and visitors. Responsibilities include ensuring resident satisfaction, and meeting the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals of the community. You will manage the leasing process: tour, closing the sale, background check, preparing lease documents, ensuring readiness of the apartment, handling a smooth move-in, providing excellent customer service, renewing the lease prior to the end of the term, and more.


The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:



  • BILINGUAL SPANISH Required

  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, or ResMan. ResMan is PREFERRED.

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Leasing Consultant

  • Passion!

  • Strong sales skills - including CLOSING

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficiency, experience, and self-motivation in marketing and leasing an apartment community. Must be comfortable exploring and using technology to promote the community in social media and other online venues.

  • Strong communication skills. Good telephone voice.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills.

  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Must handle stressful, urgent, novel, and diverse work situations on a daily basis.

  • Loyal, dependable, honest. Must exhibit moral integrity and ethical conduct in all dealings.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour + Commissions for new Leases and Renewals


Expected hours: 40 per week
