Leasing Specialist - Tucson House

Join Our Team as a Leasing Specialist at our Tucson House location!

Tucson House is a 358-unit, 55+ affordable housing high-rise serving residents through Housing Choice Vouchers, RAD, and other voucher programs. As part of this vibrant senior community, you’ll help connect residents with stable housing and create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported. As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the warm, reliable, and detail-oriented point of contact for prospects and residents. You’ll guide people through the leasing process, support daily operations, and help keep Tucson House running efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and engage prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and responsive communication

• Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in/move-out tasks

• Support compliance by completing required documentation and coordinating annual recertifications

• Manage incoming calls, service requests, and general office support

• Assist with posting notices, rent collection, and maintaining accurate resident files

• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of leasing or sales experience

• Affordable housing experience is a plus!

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfort working with a diverse senior population

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
