Who we’re looking for:
Wolfspeed’s Human Resources business unit is seeking a Leaves & Benefits Analyst to participate and lead the development and implementation of benefit solutions for Wolfspeed. This position is the primary point of contact for employees navigating leaves of absence. We are looking for someone with experience managing a variety of leave requests, including personal, family, medical, and military leave, ensuring every step complies with federal, state, and local regulations. This position will also provide essential support for our benefits team, assisting with projects like open enrollment, benefits audits, and wellness programs.
