Role Overview 

We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI Design Lecturer to guide our students in mastering the nuances of creating intuitive and effective user interfaces.

In this role, you will lead hands-on workshops that emphasize user-centered design principles and user testing methodologies, enabling our students to craft interfaces that resonate with users around the globe.

Main Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire students by imparting your knowledge and passion for UX/UI design.
• Conduct in-depth, practical workshops focusing on the creation and refinement of user interfaces.
• Encourage students to produce tangible outputs, such as UX Research Reports, Usability Test Reports, Wireframes, Prototypes, and Design Iteration Plans.
• Shape the course content based on your expertise, focusing on real-world applications that are cool and accessible to the general public.
• Support and encourage students as they undergo a transformative learning journey.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow.
• Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and supportive educational atmosphere.
• Stay current with the latest development trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and methods into the syllabus.
• Work closely with the academic team to ensure a seamless course experience.

• 4+ years of proven expertise in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Proficient in Czech (the course will be conducted in this language), and conversational English to interact with the rest of the company.
• Strong practical experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to support students by helping them understand concepts and solve problems.
• Passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of people.
