Legacy on Main I Maintenance Supervisor

Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our 78-unit Tax Credit property, Legacy on Main I. This is a pivotal role where you'll ensure the highest standards of performance, safety, and resident satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations including work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
   
• Direct and train on-site maintenance staff with a hands-on leadership approach.
   
• Maintain mechanical systems (HVAC, alarms, backflows, etc.) in accordance with preventive maintenance plans.
   
• Manage vendor contracts, supply inventory, and ensure timely project completion.
   
• Lead safety meetings and enforce compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC requirements.
   
• Participate in budgeting, inspections, and capital project planning alongside the property manager.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance supervisory experience; multifamily and tax credit experience preferred.
   
• EPA Certification required; trade school or additional certifications a plus.
   
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool systems, and appliance repair.
   
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
   
• Proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Office is a plus.
   
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
