Legal Admin

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Admin for our Raleigh, NC office.

This a part-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 4PM to 8PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
• Document printing and collation. 50 suits printed per day for service.
• Hours will e approximately from 4pm to 8pm (can be 3pm to 7pm or 5pm to 9pm) just needs to be when the other admins are leaving for the day to maximize usage of printers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior law firm experience-preferred
• Basic knowledge of civil litigation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
