The Legal Administrative Assistant provides full clerical support to the Notice/Lien Department ensuring the documents are processed accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • File, track, and confirm service of legal documents
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Maintain and update files, managing multiple deadlines
  • Coordinate the printing, scanning, and notarization of documents
  • Enter data in systems & complete project verifications
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Associate’s degree
  • 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment or any combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email
  • Manual dexterity
  • Near visual acuity
  • Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the building
  • Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly
