Legal Administrative Assistant

to join their team in

Glen Allen, VA.

If you have 2 years or more as an executive assistant supporting senior management, Hancock, Daniel & Johnson, P.C. wants to hear from you!

Must be able to type 50wpm. Experience in legal firm preferred.

Competitive Pay:

starting pay of $50,000 annually or more, based on experience. (Hourly pay)
Day Schedule:

Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Transcription/Dictation of correspondence
Manage documents in both electronic and paper format.
Manage calendar and organize daily schedule of attorney.
Screen and manage calls.
Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings.
Manage travel arrangements for attorney.
Develop documents and presentations.
Ensure accurate file management.
Enter time and billing information.
Look for new methods and technology to increase attorney and paralegal efficiency.
