Legal Administrator - Contracts - Leading Industry Pay

Seeking a Legal Administrator to be a part of a large organization in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supporting a legal team within a corporate structure and familiarity with legal contract management and supporting analytics and performance results.

Structure: Onsite with Hybrid flexibility

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Day-to-day administrative operations: ensuring that all legal work is completed efficiently, and deadlines are adhered to.
• Document and contracts analysis: transcribing and proofreading legal documents.
• Document submission: filing documents with the court ahead of deadlines.
