We are looking for an experienced and proactive Legal
Advisor to join our team!

• Support the development and implementation of legal
  strategies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  
• Provide legal assistance during negotiations with
  clients on strategic projects.
  
• Advise and collaborate on contractual matters,
  including drafting and negotiating agreements with clients and suppliers.
  
• Conduct legal research to monitor changes in
  legislation and their impact on the company's operations.
  
• Offer legal guidance on corporate law, labor relations,
  and compliance matters.
  
• Participate in managing intellectual property matters,
  including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  
• Assist in delivering training sessions on compliance
  procedures for employees.
  
• Provide actionable legal advice to the management team
  and other departments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  
• Experience in corporate law, labor relations,
  compliance, and contract management.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to
  prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical
  problem -solving capabilities.
  
• A strategic mindset with well -developed decision -making
  abilities.
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  
• Excellent knowledge of labor law is an advantage.
