Legal Assistant, Fee Motion

• Prepare, draft, and edit legal documents including court forms and templated pleadings.
• File/serve legal documents in compliance with applicable procedures in state and federal court.
• Track important case deadlines and ensure timely filing and service.
• Work efficiently under pressure while handling urgent matters with professionalism and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with court staff and other legal professionals.
• Assist with case organization, document management, and scheduling as needed.
• Be open to learning and understanding legal procedures, terms, and evolving practices in the field.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate a high level of discretion.

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00 - 38.00 per hour + benefits (healthcare, 401k, PTO, etc.)
